Through the Resilience@Work framework, Dr Leanne Wall shows you and your team the key areas to focus on; how to overcome fear, worry, anxiety and avoidance; boosting self-confidence, self-awareness and engaging in values driven actions; managing stress, boosting relaxation and selfcare; focusing on and maximising your strengths; learning mindfulness and meditation; developing a fitness, nutrition, sleep and social plan. This is based on the output of the Resilience@Work survey conducted prior to the workshop.
